Data isolation
All credential storage uses AWS Secrets Manager scoped per tenant. Integration data never crosses tenant boundaries architecturally.

Can Kempian work alongside our existing ATS?
Yes. Kempian is designed as a decision and intelligence layer above existing systems. Handoff to your ATS stays governed and reviewable. No replacement required. Current confirmed ATS integrations: Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Ceipal.
How are integration credentials stored?
Per-tenant in AWS Secrets Manager. No shared credential storage. Integration credentials set by one tenant are never accessible by another tenant. This is enforced architecturally, not just by policy.
Do I need to connect a VMS to use Kempian?
No. VMS integration (StafferLink, BountyJobs) enables automatic job order ingestion, but you can also create requisitions manually or via email inbox integration. VMS connection is optional.
How does Kempian source candidates?
Kempian sources across three channels: your connected ATS and VMS systems, the Kempian Talent Hub opt-in pool, and additional external channels configured per tenant. All sourcing is domain-filtered.
